The East Midlands Chamber
Representing The Heart of the Midlands
East Midlands Chamber is the UK’s second-largest business representation organisation, with a growing membership of more than 4,300 businesses from across Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire businesses and communities. Its stated aim is to enhance businesses and communities in the three counties which make up The Heart of the Midlands, and has collaborated with Love Business to bring this identity to life. Scott Knowles, CEO of the East Midlands Chamber commissioned the poem for the Chamber’s inaugural Celebrating East Midlands Culture and Communities event.
Celebrating East Midlands Culture and Communities
The poems first airing was at the at the East Midlands Chamber 'Celebrating East Midlands Culture and Communities' gala evening event at the King Power Stadium, Leicester on February 7th 2020. The live performance by Jamie Thrasivoulou was so well received he was immediately booked to perform it at several other regional events.
Love Business 2020
With the initial performance to an invited audience, Love Business Expo 2020 was the first performance to the general public. The East Midlands Chamber are the main sponsors of this event which took place at Holywell Park on February 27th 2020.
